Preference round is such a special time for both active members and potential new members. It is a time when we get to share a special part of our sisterhood with the women who could become our sisters. I remember going through Theta’s ceremony and truly feeling the women around me were being vulnerable and completely themselves.

Pref night is the most unique and special part of recruitment. The chapters that invite you back on pref night are going to share the most vulnerable, precious, and genuine side of their sisterhood. When I went through recruitment, pref night gave me the ability to see the members of the chapters interact on a deeper level and gave me a better insight into what their sisterhood was really like. On the other side of recruitment, it’s the same. It’s the day where we all come together to share our sisterhood with other girls that we can see being great additions to our next member class.
